Access denied to my Account

I have, by accident , erased my Audirvana account’s data from my Computer;

My new password is now válido, but Access to my account is being denied to me, either in my Computer, or in Audirvana‘s website …
How shall I proceed?

Did só, 3 times, to absolutely NO AVAIL!!

As it’s the weekend, I doubt you’ll hear anything until tomorrow (Monday).
