Account not recognized

I cannot log into my Studio as email unrecognized, but I can log into here no problem. What the Hell is going on. ?. This is frustrating, illogical, and stupid

I don’t want to sound like a wiseguy, but your login credentials on this forum and your login credentials in Audirvana are two different accounts and are not necessarily the same.

I have seen other people with your problem on this forum before and 99% of the time there is a logical explanation like providing a wrong user ID / Email account. I am not saying this is what happens in your case, but please double check (the email you got when you registered to Audirvana). Anyway: support can help you out.

Yep, mine are.
You may have to wait until Monday @ajbolton, but I’m sure you’re problem will be resolved in a timely manner.
