After downloading, the program is stuck at 'loading'

After downloading the app (1 month free trial) I tried to connect to Tidal but could not
So I quit Audirvana
then I re-opened it but it is Stuck at ‘loading’
won’t move beyond that

update:
I reinstalled the program
& it’s still stuck at ‘loading’

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info
