Audiolock does not lock

I mam unable to lock the Audiolock. When I click on it, nothing happens.
Without that feature, I can not use the volume control - and not use Audirvana.
Any suggestions will be most appreciated.

the lock get lock when you play a song…
put those settings on if they are not yet.
