Audirvan don't sync with music library

I’m trying to sync my music library on the Mac in Audrivana origin but it spit out an error message “Cannot open connection to Music” any idea

The Mac is brand new and pricing is first install and run on it

My first move is to
1- turn everything off
2- wait one minute
3- turn everything on
4- open Audirvana

and see if it automatically syncs your library.

Thank you for your support, indeed it was a folder permission issue, for some reason the restore from backup retained a different user id as folder owner, Muisc was able to access the files anyway Audirvana not

a very strange issue, now solved
