Audirvana 3.2.19 update - Tidal MQA only 44Khz

Hi,

after updating Audirvana to 3.2.19 on my Mac i can only play Tidal MQA files with 44KHz.
Seems the update broke something.
The Tidal App shows the same title at 96KHz.

The only thing that changed was the update to Audirvana 3.2.19 then it stopped working as before.

My theory is that it’s not pulling the MQA file but rather the premium (compressed) version. Have you changed planes recently?

You can also download a sample MQA file from 2L and see how it works with that.

Same exact thing is happening to me since the 3.2.19 update on my macbook pro.

I have some purchaced MQA files and they play fine when dropped in the play queue. It seems to somthing with tidal integration. It is only playing the base flac file and not decoding it to MQA.

There have been some changes recently how Tidal works. Have you considered upgrading to 3.5?

I don’t like using 3.5 because realtime audio unit control does not work!
The problem here is not with tidal because MQA files play there fine. Is there a way to uninstall 3.2.19 and reinstall 3.2.18?

Using Audirvana 3.2.19 on my MacBook Pro 13-inch Mid 2010, I can no longer access MQA via Tidal; any MQA title plays at 16/44.1. Signing on to Tidal directly, I do not encounter the same problem.

I have no idea what you mean. One day it was working. The next day not. I did nothing to disconnect the account, have no idea how to “properly reconnect” my Tidal account. I can access Tidal, just not MQA hi-rez within Tidal.

No different today.
