Audirvana.com login broken?

There is no category for website issues, so I’ll just post this here under Audirvana Studio.

The main www.audirvana.com site is broken. If you try and log in via the account icon on the upper righ, or via the “ALREADY ON AUDIRVĀNA STUDIO?” link on the download page, you’re just greeted with a logo. Nothing else happens. It doesn’t let you log in.

You can try this yourself, by opening www.audirvana.com in a Private/Incognito tab and try to log in the ways I described above. It doesn’t work.

The community section login works though.

Why Private Browsing? You should know some websites have problems in this mode. The connection is secure. Try with normal mode and/or with another browser (Chrome/Firefox/Opera). If works I don’t think Damien will change something just because is not working in Incognito or with Safari.

You misunderstand. It doesn’t work in Safari, regardless if it’s in Private mode or not. And I used Private mode as a tip to quickly test the login, since that mode defaults to you being logged out.

I don’t want to switch to another browser just because this one website doesn’t work correctly.
In fact, this is a great opportunity for @Antoine to make it work on Safari on macOS.

I just checked on my girlfriend’s iMac in Safari and the Audirvana site works perfectly. Maybe a problem on your system?

I finally got it working. I had to clear history and restart my Mac for it to work. I suspect it was a combination of web cache and my slow internet.

I don’t have Mac but general solutions are: clear cache / update browser/os / reset browser settings to defaults / restart
