After several days of nonuse, it seems Audiovana disconnects from Qobuz. When I hit the connect button, nothing happens. I have heard that other Audirvana users have reported similar issues with Qobuz disconnecting after periods of inactivity. Audiovana get reconnected after restarting the Audirvana App. I am running Audiovana on an INFIGO Audio IS-1 streamer and it is using the LUNIX version. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Are there any known compatibility issues between Audirvana and Qobuz, which can AFFECT streaming such as dropouts, freezing, and disconnections, particularly after periods of inactivity? Are there any solutions for this issue?
Issue that I am not familiar with. I use the Windows version, so maybe you should post this in the Linux thread as well.

Qobuz had some issues last week and even this week to log Qobuz account, so I won’t be surprise you still get some as of today. It’s not an issue related to us, as you could get an error while you try to connect on their website.
Hi @Antoine, Thanks for the info regarding QoBuz log in issues. It seems the latest Qobuz App version includes enhanced security updates in the login process, which may be causing login problems for some users. I am hoping that Qobuz is actively working to resolve these issues and restore normal service. If QoBuz updates its login process, does that mean Audiovana will have to change their software? Has Qobuz given you a time frame for fixing this? Thanks…
Hi @hgeifman, It shouldn’t; as we rely on their API, they need to make sure their partners do not lose the connection to their service.
No mention of timeframe form them has been mentioned
that said, If the issue occurs again, please leg me know and I will investigate further on this.
Hi @Antoine, Thanks for the above info. I rebooted the Audiovana App on my Infigo Audio IS-1 streamer and hope this fixes the Audiovana App to QoBuz login connection issue. I also notified Infigo Audio of what I was doing. Thanks again for your help.

My Audiovana to QoBuz login issue is solved and everything is working. Please see response below (in quotes) from Qobuz customer support:
”Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience while we address your concerns. Looks like there was a temporary issue last week that affected some users’ ability to log in. However, these issues have since been resolved, and normal service has been restored”.
