Audirvana Linux does not connect to Qobuz

I needed to re-install Audirvana Studio Linux as I was updating Linux Mint to 22 “Wilma”. All went well, except Audirvana (latest version 2.8.2.2) does not connect to Qobuz. Audirvana seems to be on-line, and yet, it does not connect to Qobuz. If I try to connect, it gives me an error. Also the Radio button is inactive. My Qobuz account is active, so it should connect to it, shouldn’t it?

Any bright ideas from the Linuxers?

Thanks!

I’m sorry, I reacted a bit early. The problem was with Qobuz itself. Roon Linux showed the same: unable to stream from Qobuz, but in the meantime both stream oerfectly well from Qobuz.

Hi @Sailor,

Do yous till have your issue to connect to Qobuz in the Linux version?

Hello Antoine

Thanks for getting back to me!

Indeed, the problem seems to be that Audirvāna prefetentially stays off-line, while only occasionally it connects online and allows connection to Qobuz and webradio. No idea why.

Br, Paul

If you take a look at the logs, do you see something spetial?

You can see them by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button in Audirvāna settings under My account section

I‘ll do that when I‘m back (next Monay). Right now I am enjoying my holidays in Hungary :grinning:

Still unable to connect to Qobuz with Audirvana Linux (running on a MacBook Air, Ubuntu LTMS 24.04). Here’s the debug info. It tells me that network status is unavailable, but my WiFi runs perfectly fine and the computer is logged into the network.

I have no clue why, but when I hit ,Disconnect’ in the settings ‘My Account’, my computer immediately connects to Qobuz and everything works fine. Could it be that my Mac tries to connect to another Mac in my home and gets confused? I have no idea, but whenever it is in local mode, hitting the disconnect button solves the problem!
