Audirvana orgin 2.5.14 sync folder freeze

After upgrading to audirvana orgin 2.5.14, the sync folder freeze.
system: Windows 10

audirvana orgin 2.5.13 can successfully synchronize folders.

No problem here on Windows 11 with Origin 2.5.14

My Windows 10 computer is experiencing the same problem after updating to 2.5.14. It freezes during synchronisation.

Hi @freeman0125 and @AFUTO , what do you mean by freeze? The sync is doesnt progress?

When the app is launched, the message ‘synchronisation in progress’ remains in the top right-hand corner and synchronisation does not proceed. The app also becomes unresponsive and I cannot click the X in the top right corner to exit the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but in the middle of loading a file, it will not load any more (it will remain displayed as being in sync). I can play the loaded files, but I cannot add or delete any more files.

Ok, can you send me the audirvana_origin.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button at [email protected] ?

The problem I’m having now is exactly the same as what you described.

I am in the same situation and am now unable to use it. Even after reinstalling it, the situation has not changed.
I wish I could at least download the previous version.

The log file doesn’t log any information about syncing.

Audirvana origin 2.5.14 can not sync or add albums, and the software can not be closed normally .
System shutdown requires a forced shutdown from the working administrator.
Audirvana origin 2.5.13 can be used normally .
OS: Windows 11

I have similar problems: 1) ‘synchronisation in progress’ contines; 2) clicking the X in the top right corner to exit the app doesn’t work. However, I can hear music in the library as usual. I hope user support staff will solve this problem soon.

“X” is the button at the top right corner of the aurdirvana’s window.
By the way this morning when I started audiruvana library is not showed. Only recently added item is shown in my playlist. It seems the database was broken. Will you tell me how to initialyze the setup, so music files are registered from the hard disk folders? Thanks.

I encountered the same problem, it froze with the sync status and quitting didn’t work either, so I forced it to quit from Task Manager.
There was an older version, 2.5.12, so I’m currently using it provisionally.

I am experiencing the same symptoms.I am having trouble registering new songs.I would like to revert back to 2.5.13.
