Audirvana Origin 2.6.0 does not play multichannel files to Yamaha RX-V685 via UPnP.
Audirvana starts playing but doesn’t send audio signal to Yamaha AV-receiver.
What might be the reason?

So far I’ve been playing DSD256 stereo files successfully.

The problem is that it doesn’t play multichannel files via UPnP even though 2.6.0 should be able to do so.

There is no such multi-channel recording at 11.2MHz… It appears the receiver is decimating the 11.2MHz file to 2.8MHz…

My guess is the UPnP report from the RXV685 is not correctly sent or read…

I see what is going on.

The track you are playing is a SACD ISO DSD track, it’s then why you can’t use the Audio Scan with the track.

It is stated in this article:
