I owner of Audirvana Origin license. A month and a half ago I received an email from Audirvana inviting me to try Audirvana Studio for a month. I knew I was entitled to a year of Studio at a discount as an Origin owner. I thought it was a good idea to try it and see the differences with Origin and so I did. After a month I considered buying the discounted annual license and discovered that this option has disappeared from my user page. Why does Audirvana invite users to try a product for a month and lose its benefits? Why is the discounted annual license not compatible with a one month trial? Please @Antoine could you fix this?

Origin and Studio are Exactly the same excepting Studio offers Streaming functionality, so I’m not sure what you were expecting,.
You might write to [email protected] with you issue for them to almost certainly restore your eligibility to a discount if that is your entitlement.
Audirvana are almost certainly not wishing to penalise anyone who is exploring their options.

I’m sorry but as I can see in your account, you took an annual Audirvāna Studio subscription back in 2021 with the offer, hence why you don’t see the offer again in your account.
Hi @philipjohnson. True, I don’t listen to streaming music because it sounds worse than on local files. But the difference for me is that the idea is to use the lastfm features, as I don’t know how Origin has scrobbling on Windows. I know it’s little reason, and that Audirvana behaved very badly enabling this feature exclusively for Studio users, but I love to keep records in lastfm of all the music I listen to and in any case I don’t understand why that offer disappeared.
Hi @Antoine. I have never had an annual subscription to Studio. Maybe it was when it was announced and then Origin came out and they cancelled. In any case I assure you that a month ago appeared in my account the annual subscription option for 49’95€ the first year.
You should look at what you have in your receipts then 
@Antoine In any case in my account I had the year with special price before trying a month and in any case I bought the Black Friday offer of three years with special price and well you have won a new customer for Studio just to be able to scrobbling lastfm. I don’t think the vast majority of those who complained about that feature not being in Origin did it, but at least with one (me) it worked
