Audirvana studio 2.9.0 is unable to sync the folder properly

After I updated Audirvana Studio to version 2.9.0, the progress bar for syncing folders gets stuck at the very beginning and doesn’t load. It was working fine in the previous version.I also noticed the same issue with Audirvana Origin.

Hi @Leonard0128 ,

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and restart Audirvāna. After your issue is reproduced, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the audirvana_studio.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button at [email protected]

Do you fix it? i have the same problem.

@a21104875 Not yet. The engineer connected to my PC and tried to figure out what happen. But the engineer still can’t fix it.

I want to thank @Leonard0128 for his time on this manner, we have been able to fix the issue while doing screen sharing session with him.
