Audirvana Studio at login: The browser based authentication dialog failed to complete

I had completed trial Audirvana Studio installation, but I can,t open the Audirvana Studio APP, I always got a error message:
Audirvana License
The browser based authentication dialog failed to complete. Reason: The protocol is not known and no pluggable protocols have been entered that match.

How can I solve this problem.

Can you please go in Internet Explorer settings and reset it to default. After doing this, can you try to log in Studio?

My default browser is Microsoft Edge, I have reset Edge browser to default and then reopen Audirvana Studio, but I got same error message again.

It doesn’t depend on whether you are using Edge or Chrome or any other web browser.

Can you use the search of Windows for “Internet Options” and in the advanced tab, click on Reset … After doing this, can you try to log in Studio?
