Audirvana Studio will not open 0n MacBook Air M1

Audirvana worked fine on Mac mini intel however when I changed to new MacBook Air M1 the software will not open. Always locks up on darkened screen. Using macOS Monterrey 12.2.1. Software is disconnected from Mac mini. Software seems to be syncing but its performs action.

Can you send a screenshot of what you see?

Have you tried to reinstall it using this link? Download - Audirvana

why can I not get assistance in getting this account up and running? It’s been 2 weeks now without the ability to open my software and I can’t get a resolution from Audirvana. the software simply freezes and now says too many installs.

@Antoine you wrote in link audrivan.com

@rtaylor3rd if you still have the Studio application in your Mac applications folder, just delete your preferences that might be corrupted or whatever and restart Mac then restart Studio and see.

your pref are here:

Close Audirvana.

Apple hide the Home Folder in User Library at some time depending on OS System…
When you have clicked your Home Folder, and cannot see the Library Folder in there,
just do a ‘‘cmd J’’ to show the folder settings preferences and see at the bottom…
click Show Library Folder and then you’ll have access to the rest forever.

Go to User… Home Folder… Library… Preferences…
trash com.audirvana.Audirvana-Studio.plist in that folder
(those are Audirvana Studio software preferences, back them up or not).

Restart Mac, Restart Studio and start again.

Oups, just saw you said too many install…

that is not from Audirvana Studio, but version 3.5.x, yes?
Studio don’t get too many installations,
just go to website and disconnect whatever computer you have there
and relog with your log and pass to be in again…
If you are with 3.5.x version, @Antoine have to reset your application to none…
