Audirvana variable CPU usage

Dear all,

I notice that Audirvana 3.5 (Audirvana Mac Version 3.5.34 (3564) macOS 10.15.4 with 8192MB RAM, core i7 5650U 2.2GHz) uses sometimes a complete core (up to 98%) to play music and sometimes almost nothing (down to 1.5%) of CPU. Did you notice something similar. The problem is that the high CPU usage makes the ventilator very noisy.

Thank you for your answer,

Best regards.

Do you use Upsampling ?

Hello @BikingDutchMan,

Can you send a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info Audirvana button automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Yes factor 2 and my DAC is limited to 24/96.

Yes of course, please find it enclosed:
