Bose Soundbar 600 with Chromecast Built In Issue

Hi everyone

I would like to use my Bose occasionally and find I have an odd issue with the sound as it stops in the middle of a track or the next track etc.

I am using the latest build of Audirvana Studio.

An interesting problem as it happens to local files (hard disk) only not on streaming sources like Qobuz or internet radio.

I tried a couple of different local file sources but no difference.
Any ideas as to why ? Tried Mac and Windows same problem.

Other devices eg Sonos etc have no issue, just the Bose and local files only.
I cannot use UPNP even though it shows in the Audirvana options, only Chrome cast will work.

Weird as I own Jriver and it plays to the Bose using UPNP.

So any input from the crowd out there greatly appreciated.

regards

Dennis

Hi @dennisjames1,

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the audirvana_studio.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button at [email protected]
