Bug found in showing year, nothing shows up before 1970

I’ve just discovered a bug that won’t sort albums by year correctly. No albums from 1970 and earlier will not show year date. For example I like to sort Album Artist → Year, but any albums from before 1971 will not sort correctly with an artists catalog.

I’m running a Mac mini M1 running OS Ventura.
