My list of albums from Tidal look all janky and jump while scrolling.
I don’t know how or where to post the screen capture I took showing the bug…
Click the landscape photo box in the reply box as per attached screenshot. Add the file from your photos. Wait till it is loaded 100% and hit reply.
I wasn’t clear. By screen capture I meant video, not a screenshot.
No problem. I’m aware of that. If you are on a Mac your video is still in Photos, if not it will be in files. Click the first or last of those options and you will get there. 
Pretty sure Windows will work the same.
The screenshot I provided is just to show you to click the little Landscape Button between the Parentheses and the smiley face. That give you the option to upload your video.
