Bursts of short distorted noise shots between songs :-(

They arrived here, finally …

What is the latest catch in order to get rid of them?

Try without your plugin and see if it still happens, then you’ll know if it is it…

Problem is also present when playing MQAs. Where no room-eq plugin is involved.

Hi @Audi100,

do you get this using WASAPI or ASIO?

Seems that I can’t reproduced the issue with WASAPI.

I see, this issue has been identified wince quite some time on KS but we need to tackle it once and for all.

Hi,
This was only happening to me when using the Kernel stream. For me, the problem was solved when I uninstalled the ASIO driver (XMOS, Gustard x20, over USB). My DAC is now recognised by win 11 as 3-xCORE USB audio-2.0. So I guess that Win11 have drivers for it and they work for me.
With the ASIO installed, the solution that worked before was turning on the software volume control.
Hope it helps.

Thanks! That did definitely improve things here.
