Cannot install new version of Audirvana in windows 10

hi, i get the folowing error when trying to install new version in windows 10. PLease help!

App installation failed with error message: Windows cannot install package Audirvana.Audirvana-4118-9484-d80dbb7827cd_3.5.50.0_neutral_~_q3nymrkmej12j because a different package Audirvana.Audirvana-4118-9484-

Several posts all ready on this subject, look for the one that pertains to your version 3.5 A+ or Studio
There you should find the steps to install to windows properly

hi i followed your instructions to unistall and reinstall, also place the file back to the audirvana folder and matches the location in Audirvana, however i lost all my playlists. How i get them back. Also in your instructions you did not mention that you need to add the location of your music as well, otherwise your music wont show in Audirvana
