Cann't move License to New Mac

Hello,

My old Macbook broke, so I formatted the HDD to factory condition and discarded it.
I moved my Audirvana License from my old Mac to a new Macbook, but the activation failed with the message “Please unlicense another Mac”.

In this case, how can I transfer the Audirvana license?

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers you want with your license key.

To install Audirvana on your second Mac, you can proceed as for the first one:

  1. install trial version
  2. unlock it by loading your same license key

Thank you for your quick support.
I tried to unlock by my Audirvana License key and
the result is success.

I can use my previous Audirbana Playlists using TimeMachine’s backup data.
