Change laptop

I just changed my laptop and I feel unable to transfer the subscription to the new computer.

Have you managed your account here: Settings–> My Account–> Manage your account and disconnected your account from your previous computer?

If you install Audirvāna Studio on your new computer and start it, you should be asked to connect to your account. Do you get an error when you log in?
