Debug Info not showing

When opening “Debug Info” I get an “unhandled exception”

The info is there though, you can paste it manually in notepad.

I can report I have the same issue too with version 1.8.1 on Windows 11.

Can you send me your audirvana.dmp and audirvana.log file at support@audirvana.com?

It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana

Hi @Antoine, Audirvana does not crash and therefore does not generate a *.dmp file. It shows the error message, but still works after closing the error message. The last Audirvana.dmp file I found is of a couple of weeks ago, which is not of much use.

Also, after this error message I can still paste the debug information in a text file, so it is not a big deal, because everything still works (Audirvana does not crash and copying and pasting the debug info works). It is only strange that this exception error shows. But no serious problem at all…
