Distorted hiss sound

First day after yearly subcription, Today while listening music from Tidal the music stopped and a loud hiss like distorted sound came out of my speakers. I was afraid for damage in my speakers (but ok it did not happened any).
Why I experienced this disturbing issue please?

Hi @Tassos_Datsis,

Are you using Primare’s latest firmware on your device? Have you tried using UPNP instead of Chromecast?

Yes I am using latest firmware. I have used both UPNP and chromecast. What is your suggestion? Both options work well I think. Do you believe that the problem had to do with the streaming option?

Do you have the same behavior if you try to reproduce the issue with local tracks?

Only one time I encountered this problem all these days that i am using audirvana. Another couple of times Audirvana stopped without any obvious reason and shutted down! And another time it was frozen and needed restart!
