Double soundracks

Hello,
Many thanks for your software. It sounds great and still provides me with a lot of new experiences in my high end systems.
I am asking for advice and help. After recent updates, the following situation has occurred, which is illustrated by the attached screenshots. Doubled entries on many files, sometimes whole, sometimes in fragments. Restoring to the initial settings and reconfiguring the library did not help. I work on iMac 2017, OS Mojave.

This is an ongoing issue for some users it seems, myself included.

I am having the same issue. Before listening to an album, I delete the duplicate tracks. Once the duplicate tracks are deleted, they do not reappear. However, I do not want to have to do this 2 or 3 thousand times! Newly acquired albums(transferred through iTunes) do not duplicate though.

Hopefully, there will be a solution to this soon.
