Downgrade from 2.9.6 to 2.9.5

Good morning everyone guys, I’m looking for the possibility of downgrading Audirvana Studio the current version starts very slowly and considering that compared to the previous version I didn’t notice significant improvements while waiting for things to change I wanted to try to go back to version if I remember correctly 2.9.5 that as far as I can remember it started in a flash. I searched the site but I didn’t find any intallers for newer versions.
Thank you all and good music

Check your download folder if you have it in there. If not send a message to support. They should provide a link.
For future considerations don’t upgrade automatically. When a new release is available, get it from your Audirvāna Account on the Website and download. I put each version into one folder on the Desktop, and after a few days - week, I do the update if there have been no issues reported on the forum.
If it does show a bug after a while, just go to your folder and click on the Version you want to go back to. :+1:

Very good advice @ChiliHot

Such a shame Audirvava don’t make legacy versions available on the website, imho.

Hey @Ironz I would love to be able to take credit for the idea, but I picked it up from the Forum when I first joined the forum and had a bit of a read about how things work. :+1:

Fortunately I was able to restore the previous version (2.9.5) thanks to Time Machine… It’s much better now

 The question you must ask yourself, is what is different with your system, as compared to other macOS 15.x and Audirvāna 2.9.6 users that do not experience this behavior… There is something deeper going on in your case… As I stated previously in one of your other threads, I do not have a problem launching Audirvāna Studio 2.9.6. on macOS 15.3, on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra platform… It launches as fast as it always has for me… I don’t know what you would be waiting for in the next release.

I had the same problem. I let CCleaner run and clean the Audirvana cache on my Mac (part of their quick scan) and the problem was gone. Loading is as quick as it was with 2.9.5.
