It annoys me to receive mails about calls that spam my in box.
If I do that, Iâll miss your precious calls, my friend. ![]()
@Jud
Yeah, remember that fight mate. A fair few pundits thought Spinks was capable of beating Tyson but remember him looking like a rabbit caught in the headlights.
@OffRode
I DID make a few quid on the Buster Douglas fight, as heard that Tyson âwasnât rightâ (he had the pox) and Douglas was something like 33-1 when I placed my ÂŁ10 bet. Happy days

I learned to enjoy the preliminaries when Tyson was fighting, shortest PPV in history probably
I think we still had a good time ![]()
Donât know why, but think this thread has gone WILDLY off-piste

@Agoldnear is breaking in and getting first impressions of his new DAC? Should be interesting to see what he thinks of a modern version.
An interesting thing about the iFi DACs in the Audirvana, is that there is no option to DoP1.0, DoP1.1 or convert everything to PCM.
I believe because they have separate DSD and PCM circuits.
Interesting observation
Part of the âworks withâ ? Or is that not implemented at all yet?
What does it show you in the flow chart when playing dsd?
Shows that DSD is playing.
Then I post a photo.
But itâs interesting, because itâs the only DAC Iâve ever had that does this.
@Reynaldo Confirmed that I donât see a DoP option in settings either in Windows directly connected or UPnP, or in Mac directly connected or UPnP. Same as you, when there is music playing back through the direct connection on the Mac, â(DoP)â appears as in your screenshot above.
For Windows and Mac, UPnP is a microRendu connected to my iFi NEO. Windows direct connection is to a Pro-Ject DAC, Mac direct connection to a portable iFi DAC I have. The only combination I didnât try was the Mac directly connected to the Pro-Ject DAC, as I didnât want to fiddle with disconnecting and re-connecting the cables. ![]()
Same here with a portable iFi DAC.
