Duplicated tracks

For some reason Audirvana Studio is duplicating some tracks on some albums, e.g on one album there appear to be two copies of the second and third tracks:

  1. Track 1
  2. Track 2
  3. Track 2
  4. Track 3
  5. Track 3
    6 Track 4
  6. Track 5.

The library is held on a Synology NAS. The actual files aren’t duplicated in the directory structure, and the programs accessing the same library don’t show the duplicates.
