Since reinstalling the app after the google license error it can’t see any files on the NAS anymore. All settings seem to have transferred ok, it seems to be syncing for days now? (Bubbleupnp or subsonic sync this library in seconds).
Google changed the requirements for our account and removed access to the Store app. We are currently dealing with this and hope to restore it to its previous state very soon.
I re reinstalled the app from the link, it seems so settings transferred, but same result.
Debug info: can’t be copy / pasted. Not manually (long tap) nor auto (click debug info button) as described elsewhere.
I’ll have to resort to screenshots. Included below. However too many to include… Please let me know which offer you need.
Also put an album in another folder on the NAS, and tried to add that folder through the app: no effect. I can select that folder, but nothing happens.
Ok, thank you for the debug info. Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the audirvana_studio.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button at [email protected]
OK.
Not sure what you mean with " clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button at [email protected]" this is just opening my email client.
The app only has an “open log file” button which shows that humongous file, starting Oct 10.
Starting / stopping the logfile has no effect, there is no way to delete it and restart the logging.
Yes, before I reinstalled the app I did delete all app storage from the phone’s app manager, but this had no effect on the logs nor the settings.
I saved the log as pdf (150 pages), but i cannot include/upload it here, as i get the error
“Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorized (authorized extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif).”
@achwas, I’m sorry about my last message. Indeed, you have an option to get the logs without having to create a PDF file.
To do so, you must go to your NAS GUI by entering its IP address into a web browser. Once you are in there, click this icon.
Here, you will see the Audirvāna app. Click on this, and you will have a link to view the logs. You can put those logs in a text file and send it to me at [email protected].
