Error with SysOptimizer

Hi Damien,
I am encountering a problem with “SysOptimiser”. I get an error message systematically. (see hardcopy)
I am using a Mac-Mini mid-2011 with High Sierra. What can I do ?
I continue my testing, and will let you know my felling. Sound is different from A+, but I must do some comparison before giving a real opinion.
UI looks like somekind of what we where all waiting for ! Congratulations.

Regards
Alain

I have the same problem with my Mac. Until this problem is resolved, I won’t be able to have an educated opinion on the sound quality of AS, as SysOptimizer improves the SQ.

Apple hide the Home Folder in User Library at some time depending on OS System…
When you have clicked your Home Folder, and cannot see the Library Folder in there,
just do a ‘‘cmd J’’ to show the folder settings preferences and see at the bottom…
click Show Library Folder and then you’ll have access to the rest forever.

Close Audirvana.

Go to the Main Library Folder… PrivilegedHelperTools folder…

Trash All the files in that folder from Audirvana (that folder install SysOptimizer)

Go to the Main Library Folder… LaunchDaemons Folder…

Trash All the files in that folder from Audirvana (SystemOptimizer and prefs files)

Restart Mac and Audirvana and see if it installs now.

Hi,
Thanks for your help. I had no Audirvana file into these folders. It make sense if they cannot be intalled. It the same in both Mac (mini & macook Pro)

Damien told in another thread to do those 3 commands in terminal…

I get a message saying:
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.audirvana.SysOptimizerTool.plist: No such file or directory
and samething for the 2 other commands
Again, it make sense because the file do not exit. In fact the system refuses the installation of the file. But “why” is the question !

Bonjour @Alain,

Hello, it’s the same problem for me!
