Fast Forward/Rewind Progress bar do not work

Hello, I have installed Audirvana since today and immediately ran into a problem.

Fast forward / backward progress bar controls do not work when Audirvana is connected to my Marantz SR7015. However, when I output audio through my Macbook, it works. Can you please help me to fix this problem.

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account

Please remove the line corresponding to your logged-in account to avoid displaying your email address and first name/last name publicly.

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message.

I just tested it again. it’s weird but it works now even though i haven’t changed anything. attached anyway the debug info.

You are connected through HDMI to your Marantz when you have this issue?

Yes, I have connected my Macbook Pro to the Marantz via HDMI. However, the error only seems to occur sporadically. I haven’t changed anything in the setup and at the moment it works fine.
