First time loading library question?

Just downloaded Audirvana for the first time on my Mac. I followed the directions and I got this when trying to view my music in the library “Loading…” No progress bar and it has said “Loading…” for 30 minutes already. Is this normal for first time use? I do have a large library. Running 10.13.6 High Sierra

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Thanks for your help. I’d really like to get this working and stop using JRiver Media Center. Here is the debug info
