Is there a way to display the frequency response of the track playing on Audirvana studio?

You can see the (static) frequency response using the Audio Scan from the mini player :

Otherwise, if you want to see the dynamic frequency response, you can use a VST3 plugin such as Voxengo Span frequency analyser.
