Thanks for your response; it’s greatly appreciated. Here is the debug issue that I captured right after the error happened.
Please note that my DAC is the ifi iDAC2, but this problem happens across multiple DACs, no external DAC, different computers, different networks, etc.
The track played, the error happened, I waited a few seconds and then hit pause and went to debug.
