Moments ago, I just followed the instructions below by another member (Mr Fieldstone) in a separate thread. They worked perfectly. That’s the best and only suggestion I can make.

Enter your email address and–assuming you don’t remember your password–click “forgot your password?” and go through the steps to reset it. When that is done and you can login, click on “Order #”, and your registration key will be listed there!

Be careful to don’t send your mail in a post since it is publicly available and everyone can see it. If you want to send your mail to someone in the Forum, send a private message 
( click on the icon of the person and click on “message”)
