don’t know what I did. All of a sudden my volume is super low.The max volume shows 0db. I can hear during playback, but barely audible. Looked at volume setting and the max I can set it at is 0db. I obviously did something.
Any ideas? I’m bummed out—I just got new headphones and can’t play anything. I’m using Fabfilter and have it set at -8db, and have enable software volume It worked fine before

Do you have a hardware or software volume control on your pre-amp/amp and/or your DAC?
I’m using a portable DAP ( that operates on Windows. It does have a volume control which is working
sorry about being stupid. Where are settings?On the screen to the left (that starts as Audirvana.com, About, Topics) and go down to My Audirvana account, there is nowhere that I can find “help” or “debug information”
In the Audirvana player screen… or can be accessed via the Audirvana Menu option in the player window Menu bar…
Use your volume control on the DAP and disable the Audirvana software volume controls.

It’s in the Audirvāna Studio app you will find the debug info.
I found the screen with the debug info. There is also a contact button. When I press it it goes to Outlook ( which I don’t use) and then that screen turns off. It won’t go to Gmail. I’m really sorry that I’m a bit clueless, but I just got new headphones and I’d love to get it working. I’ve turned off and on the software volume control. if you’re French, you might be familiar with jazz vocalist Patricia Barber—I’m an all but the last recording
