ISO files track listings

I just started a trial of Origin on Windows and it sounds terrific! I’m having an issue with .iso files. I am not using the library functions. I like to drag files onto the application play queue or a playlist. If I drag an iso into the play queue I get the track #s and all meta info. correctly listed. If I then copy it over to a playlist from the play queue (or add it directly to a play list) I get only the 1st selection listed (x) number of times (x= number of tracks in the iso).

I do not want to extract .dsf or .dff files as I have a multichannel system and I want to utilize the flexibility of a single iso where I can simply change my DAC setting between stereo and 7.1 and not have to have 2 copies of the .dsf /.dff (stereo & multichannel copies). Any solutions? Why shouldn’t the playlist list all tracks as they are listed in the play queue?

I get the same exact behavior if I use a .cue file.

Hi @Kurt,

Have you selected all the tracks and then added them to the playlist? Have you used the three-dot icon to do so?

Yes. I highlight all of the tracks of the ISO in the play queue, click the 3 dots and chose “Add to playlist”. Here’s a snapshot of the iso in the play queue and here it is in the playlist:

I see, I have been able to reproduce this behavior, we will need to fix it in a future update of Audirvāna.

Great! Again. .cue files exhibit the same exact behavior so those should be included in the fix.

Thanks, Again!
