Issue login with TIDAL

I bought Audirvana license 2 days ago and I still cannot use it due to following reasons.

  1. Audirvana always runs as “administrator mode” and I don’t know to to run it as “normal mode”
  2. I cannot authenticate my 2nd PC…too many installation error
  3. I cannot link with Tidal. Just blank white screen appears and nothing happens.
  4. Your customer service terrible. I want to talk to someone, not to a stupid robot.

Please reply, ASAP.

Still issues #1, #3 are not solved, yet. Audirvana always launches as admin mode and I caanot link it to tidal.

Those two issue are linked, have you checked your UAC settings in Windows 10?

Yes I did but still the issues are there.

I used to be able to access Tidal via Audirvana without having it running on my PC, but now I have to either have it running before starting Audirvana or actively connect to it in the Streaming part of Settings.
