Library problems with .wav files

When adding .wav files to library (downloaded from Qobuz) the metadata is incomplete and the tracks are divided up into multiple copies of the same album.
When adding .flac files, everything works fine.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hello @vincent2, what kind of metadata are missing in your .wav files?

Hello and thanks for taking an interest !
It depends, sometimes the name of the artist or the duration of the track. What is most annoying is the file being split into different copies of the same album with a few tracks in one copy of the album and the next few tracks in another and so on.

Try to edit the metadata in an external app and make the album/artist the same.

Did you purchase and then downloaded the files?

Try to download the same files in FLAC. Wav format is notorious for poor metadata support.

Exactly
Thanks for answering
