Listening to Qobuz through Audirvana, it won't advance to next track

Using it on Windows 10. Like the title say, it happens very often that an album won’t advance to the next track (monitor is not asleep): I have to push the stop button, then push play on the next track, and will start playing again. Very frustrating.

Hello @danolito69,

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Thank you very much for your assistance!

Hello @danolito69,

Does the issue happens when you go to a different frequency than the last one you played?

Basicly it happens all the time now (it got even worse lately).
It happens at any frequency; at 192khz it even becomes sluggish while reading the first track.
But in general if it continues like this there is no much to enjoy… it is becoming almost impossible to use the program.
Please try to help. Thanks.

Have you try with the Speakers of your computer? Do you have the same issue with it?

Yes the same issue.
Thanks.

Have you tried with ASIO selected instead of WASAPI?

Yes, i did. Unfortunately, same problem.

Are you using the latest version of Windows 10?

Yes i also installed the latest Windows 10 version and tried, but nothing changes; also, just in case, i made sure to use Audirvana with no other application in use (like Google Chrome).
The problem is always there.

You may have done it already but have you tried to reinstall Audirvana completely?

Yes i did that also.

If you use Qobuz app, do you have the same behavior?

No. With Qobuz web player it works fine.

To be sure, does the track you try to play end or stop a couples of second before it should end?

No. Just the second track would not start. Audirvana freezes with a pause mode, and stops playing next track.

Can you send us your log and dmp track at support@audirvana.com?

You should find it here:
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana

I send you a screenshot ok?
