I have a USB thumb drive with wav files on.
Studio can see them and display them all but just says ‘unable to open an audio file for playback’ if I try a play one of the files.
Files play ok through foobar from the same location.
Any ideas anyone?
Windows computer not running anything except Audirvāna Studio.

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account
Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Is the USB volume shown in the configuration page, local tab?
A restart of AS can sometimes solve the issue. It happened to me with files on a NAS (NAS was restarted and the volumes were not mounted anymore).
I tried removing the USB drive in Audirvāna and then re syncing it. Seems to work ok now!
