on mac mini ,upgrade to 3.5. NO audio playback although all visual data appears when clicking on album. EXCEPTION is all MQA, visual and audio work successfully! I get notification that audio file not available on NON-MQA.albums I do click synchronize on file indicated (/Users/robertburrows/Documents) with No apparent response. Fortunately, ON MACBOOK AIR 3.5 upgrade is FLAWLESS? Can audio file be retrieved ,created? I have even downloaded service with NEW purchased license# without success. ? Discontinue current license and restart from beginning? Restart service on new MAC MINI? the audio quality is sorely missed especially for non-MQA albums. The 7 hour time difference is a bummer!
