MacBook Mac Catalina

I use the audirvana for years and probably the newest version without any problem untill one day not long ago, I connected with a hard disk with music file, set some configuration, afterwards I can’t open it again, and the window keep saying
Error opening library file
Can’t find library database file at location/users/AudirvanaPlusDatabaseV2.sqlite
Do you want to quit now and…
Create new library or Quit

But both won’t work…

I tried to uninstall audirvana or delete all related data and install the try version again, same problem.

If there is really no solution, then I am afraid that I have to surrender and say good bye to Audirvana forever!

Hello @Handel,

Have you tried to reconnect the drive with the music stored when you made some configuration in Audirvana?

Yes, I did, but same problem, can’t open Audirvana. Normally, when I uninstall or delete all related data/files, and reinstall Audirvana again, it should be ok and I do the needed settings afterwards…but not my case…any other solutions?!?
Can I use my iPad Pro to install Audirvana?
Handel

Can you open the Terminal application, and enter the following two commands:

defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana-Plus
defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana

Please note you’ll be asked for your license key when you’ll relaunch Audirvana for the first time after this.

Sorry I don’t know how to do it, I’m using Mcbook, can you tell me how?
I’ve got the LIC number

You need to search for the app Terminal in MacOs. After you open the app, you need to copy defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana-Plus and paste it in the terminal window. Press Enter, you need to do the same with defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana
After doing this, open Audirvana again to check if you can open it.

Think I managed to uninstall Audirvana, so how do I install it again, go to as TRY subscription …?

You need to fill the form here https://audirvana.com/try

Finally it’s done, thank you very much
Merry Christmas

So everything look ok after I reinstall Audirvana, and I used for a while, and suddenly I couldn’t use Audirvana again as every time when I select a song from Tidal, then it say “loading the first track…”. And no response! I Quit the program, and retry, again the same, I even uninstall the program and install Audirvana again, same problem again, what happen? Really frustrating!

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

ok here is the Debug Info

Can you try to disconnect and reconnect your Tidal account in Audirvana?

yes, I did twice, but still the same problem…

Can you go on Tidal website and connect to it to see if you are able to play a track on it?

Yes, can play on Tidal web.
In Audirvana, I play Tidal with other set speaker Devialet, no problem only KEF speaker in question…!
