Missing File location Info

I have a new NAS Asustor-5404T which has a disk with music-files to be played through Origin. The disk is seen by Origin, the files are playable, so everything seems to be OK.

But, there is a difference compared to my Qnap NAS and that is “missing location information”.
In the Local Folder View I see the complete path information. When I start playing the Location Info is restricted to the Album name.

problem solved; had to (first) create a folder within the volume, now it looks the same as with Qnap NAS.
