Im running Audirvana 3.5.33 on my Mac. I’ve had a MacOS single license for a few years, since Audirvana+ I believe 3.3.x.

I just paid to convert my single MacOS license to the multi-platform version for $28. I got the email with subject line Convert to Cross Platform Paddle.com Order and my license key, the same one I’ve had since the beginning.

I have only one installation of Audirvana, on my Mac. No other. I tried to download and install Audirvana on my Windows machine but when I entered my license key got the message:

There are too many installs for your license.
Uninstall Audirvana on one of your computers before trying again.

But I have only one. Is there any way to fix this. I would really like to install it on my Windows machine as well. Thank you! Love the tool.

Hello @ehadzipetros, I removed an old installation of Audirvana in our database. You can now use your license in Windows 10.

Could I switch my Windows licence to OSX, please.
I already had 2 x licence for OSX and for Windows but I stoped using Windows at all.
If you kind, please.
