I’m a licensed user of cross-platform version of 3.5 and enjoyed it for a while. Today I changed my computer from an old Mac to a newer one. I downloaded a free version of Audirvana and tried to type in the license key I bought in early September. But an alert came up telling me to delete the app on the other computer. I did delete it and emptied trash box. Is there something else I should do?
When you change your computer you need to use the “Revoke” option in the General Settings in only in order to permanently “De-authorize this computer”. If you didn’t done it it’s not a problem as we can remove it from our database. I have done it for you.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers.
To install Audirvana on your Mac, you can proceed as follows:
- install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try-mac/
- unlock it by loading your license key

Thank you for correcting the database. Now I can run the app all right. Next time I change my computer I’ll try to revoke the license first.
