Music integrated mode with MacOS Catalina

HI newly upgraded after years of reluctance to do so from El Capitan to Catalina(ancient late 2012 i7 16GB RAM mac Mini with 4TB Samsung SSD)
My iTunes library now called MUSIC has disappeared the albums songs and cover art are all still there but won’t play MUSIC says song/album “can’t be found do you want to locate it”
That lovely black box player in legacy itunes ie music integrated mode is BLANK!!
Under library in Audirvana + 3,5 all my 17000+ songs and 1500+ albums are still there and play.
DOES anyone know how to get MUSIC to play my ripped iTunes library or where it is? Does anyone know why the legacy integrated mode black box is empty?
thanks
it is not end of the world but…
I am getting nowhere with Apple and that conceited sanctomoneous OP in computeraudiphile forum/thread called “iTunes and everything Apple…” is worthless just ridiculed me and made fun of me

Hello @bobbmd,

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

@Antoine: sorry for the delay in my response(overwhelmed in my medical practice with covid)
I did what you asked but cannot copy or paste debug info to this reply it has “data has been copied to clipboard” but cannot find ‘clipboard’
if this helps any in way in ‘my library’ all my folders are offline(Manual): ie /applications
/users/bobbmd/Desktop
/Users/bobbmd/downloads
/Users/bobbmd/Music/iTunes
AUTO:/Users/bobbmd/Music/Music/media.localized/Downloads-Music
iTunes/Music library synchronized: last synchronized on THU Aug 27 16:10:11 2020Audirvana Mac Version 3.5.43(3573) macOS 10.15.7 with 16384MB RAM
hope this is helpful and like i said it is “not the end of the world” BUT would like to listen to all those ‘ripped’ CD’s of mine using the legacy integrated mode once in a while
bobbmd hope you and your family are well and safe

Hello @bobbmd,

You don’t have a clipboard application, it’s the feature in your computer that allows you to copy some text. After you click on “Debug Info”, everything is copied, you just need to do a right click>Paste in reply of this message

Hello @bobbmd,

Can you try to access to those folders using Finder?

Manual: (OFFLINE) /Applications
Manual: (OFFLINE) /Users/bobbmd/Desktop
Manual: (OFFLINE) /Users/bobbmd/Downloads
Manual: (OFFLINE) /Users/bobbmd/Music/iTunes

Finally figured this out and glad you got it. Now the last folder is HUGE(must be my Library the 1000++ CDs I ripped to old iTunes) ie the one is : /Users/bobbmd/Music/iTunes. Do you want me to send that to you? bobbmd
Hope I can keep my finger pressed down long enough to high light it all!! Any idea how to get any of those folders ‘OFF’ (OFFLINE) or is it pointless as they are supposedly all under My Library(17500+ songs 1500+ albums and i can play them) in that lefthand column on A+3.5 desktop page-- they just don’t show up in that black legacy player box-i really don’t want to waste your time for what is obviously a monumental mind game being played by the descendants of Steve Jobs( may he rest in peace)
thanks again bobbmd

Hello bobbed, if you are “holding down with your finger” to copy a list, try this - hold down shift key, highlight and click on first item in the list, and then while still holding the shift key, scroll to the bottom of the list and click the last item in the list, release the shift key, right click your mouse and select copy. That should copy all the files/items in the list and now you can paste wherever you want.

Hope this helps,
scottw50
