Music library is on 2 HDDs

My 14TB music library is on 2 HDDs.
“Live shows/bootlegs” on a 8 Tb drive and “Albums/CDs” on another 8 TB drive.
I have single ext. bays and Quad drive bays available (by OWC) running 3.2 USB.

If I place both drives in the quad enclosure and connected to my Mac Mini m2 which is dedicated only to my main stereo/dac would Origin scan both drives so I could play from either disc?

Hi @Ralph1,

If they can both be seen in Finder, then there won’t be any problem with this setup.

Thanks Antoine’
They will show up as 2 individual discs on the desktop, but how would I point Audirvana to 2 different libraries?

Is there a better way to deal with my library? I don’t really need the features of a NAS and I don’t have ethernet run, wireless only. Is there a better way to set up a DAS for the library? Would JBOD be better?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You can add both of them in Audirvāna:

Thanks a lot, Antoine
I will try that tonight.
