Music stops after 2 seconds with new Studio

After two seconds audirvana stops playing. I tried to change all the settings but nothing helps.

I tried meanwhile all settings, even made a 100% copy of the settings from 3.5 version. Was very hopefull about the update 1.2 but no improvement there. Spend a lot of time now hoping to get things starting but a lot of frustration. No real trial period so far and will go back to 3.5

Same feeling Martin. I only discovered Audirvana on April 18th so I waited buying because of the announcement of AS. Now I deeply regret not buying 3.5 since AS can’t be used (beachball). Two weeks of trial already have passed. I ask numerous times to be able to buy 3.5 but no answer. Apparently a unique company not wanting to sell a license?

If the bugs won’t get solved in two weeks I’m not sure what to do. Should I pay for something that doesn’t work and hope it will get sorted in a week, a month, a year or who knows when?

Thanks for your support. I use Audirvana 3.5 since 2019 and I am very pleased with this program. I combine Qubuz sublime with my own Synology music library. Audirvana is fast and easy to use. I also use Jriver but prefer Audirvana. I am convinced in the end Studio will be perfect too, but the release came problaby to soon. Any other user of studio who had the same problem and solved it?

I have just bought new multi-room audio thinking i will have the pleasure listening to my own files through studio but it does not play audio at all, it just cuts out straight away. Shame, let’s see if this gets fixed before my trial is over as I’ve had a trial years ago (I think V3) and i really liked the sound of Audirvana.

Sent today my debug to support but have not heard since. Why is 3,5 working so good, and what frustrates Studio? Same settings… but no sound after 2-8 seconds.

Installed version 1.3 but the problem is still there though I can play the web radios. When I click a song mostly it play 1 or 2 seconds or sometimes 0 seconds. When I click several times sometimes the song plays but not always the whole song. When I click on an album to play I only get the spinning beach ball and AS crashes. I’ve send a crash report to support @Antoine

same issue here , i can listen for couple of second and then stops (using windows10 via UPnP ethernet) but i can listen radios without a problem @Antoine

Unfortunately I was to soon with my post. The music still stops not after 2-8 seconds but after 1-2 minutes with Qobuz streaming. My own library plays longer but also stops. This morning I re-installed studio and logged in again. Then it worked for a while…only 5 days left of the trial period and not been able to listen yet…
